We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest. After you receive the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes to let you try on the product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our Customer Services Department and return the product instantly. CHE` exchange policy allows you to exchange any our product purchased online within 7 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved. To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at chestore25@gmail.com. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to CHE` online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order. Please note: The exchange/refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions. No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable.
