Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 2 to 5 business days for anywhere in Bangladesh. The shipping will be inside of Dhaka 80 Taka & Out Side Of Dhaka 140 Taka. We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest. After you receive the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes to let you try on the product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our Customer Services Department and return the product instantly. Please note: *No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable. *No monetary refund is acceptable. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We currently ship to all areas within Bangladesh, Australia, United Kingdom and the United States of America. Please note that we currently do not have any outlet/stores outside of Bangladesh. Shipping categories Standard Shipping (within Bangladesh): Delivers within 3-4 business days (estimated) for shipping address within Dhaka and 4-7 business days (estimated) for any shipping address outside of Dhaka Express Shipping (within Bangladesh): Unavailable at the moment International Shipping (outside of Bangladesh): Check Shipping & Delivery for international destinations Shipping and delivery to locations other than Bangladesh Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item is delivered to your doorstep. We currently offer Express Shipping through DHL for all international deliveries. Shipping time DHL will deliver your product within estimated 7-10 business days from placing order. The duration may change depending on your location and/or any unforeseen event beyond our control.

CHE` exchange policy allows you to exchange any our product purchased online within 7 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved. To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at chestore25@gmail.com. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to CHE` online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order. Please note: The exchange/refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions. No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable. But Size can be exchanged with the same products. No monetary refund is acceptable. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of CHE` packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached.
